2nd: Career: (Leadership Positions):
1- Head of the applied Arts Center in Damascus (1963-1968).
2- President of Fine Arts Syndicate (1974-1978).
3- Secretary of Arabs Plastic Artists Union (1974-1979).
4- A Leadership member of Al-Ba’ath Vanguard Organization – Head of the Bureau of Fine Arts and Technical Education since its foundation in 1974.
5- A member of the Board of Directors of the International Union of Plastic Artists in the European Union since 1994.

3rd:Academic Qualifications:
1- Bachelor of fine Arts, Academy of Fine Arts, Cairo 1962. 2- PH.D. In Art Science, The Royal Academy, London, 1996.

1- He was the first Arab artist chosen as a member of an international jury panel at the Intergraphic Exhibition and Conference in Berlin 1976.

2- He represented his country, Syria in several international exhibitions, festivals and conferences.

3- He had his activities registered in the French Grand Encyclopedia (Larousse) 1975.

4- He was nominated by the state for the prize of the UNESCO Plastic arts in 1992 and 1994.

5- He was elected a member of the World Union of Plastic Artists for the European Union 1994.

6- He was appointed president of the world Jury Panel of the first international exhibition of children arts, Damascus, 1986.

7- He is a member of the World Plastic Arts Organization (A.I.P) Geneva, since 1974.

8- His painting signature has been circulated to and kept by the registered with all world museums by an initiative of the Metropolitan Museum in New York.

9- Member of the Vanguard Organization for Protection and Care of Chilhood in Syria since 1974 and Head of the Fine Arts and Art Education Bureau.

10- The Ministry of Culture granted him the Armor of Appreciation and Gratitude for his activities in the field of children's arts, 01/08/2001.

11- The League of Arab States honored him in Cairo, March 2001.

12- The Artists' Union of the European Union Countries held an exhibition for his artistic works ambbulating all over the Spanish cities on the twin anniversary of Damascus old city, February 2003.

13-The Artists' Union of the European Union Countries issued an encyclopedic volume for his works of art ( 1950-2000).

14-He represented Syria in the International Forum of Globalization and Common Denominators between drama, music and fine arts, Beirut , Ocyober 2003.

15- He was nominated as member of the Arab Consultation Council of Arab and Islamic Heritage, ALECSO, League of Arab States, 22/9/2003.
